The renowned world-class fund management company, CITIC Private Equity (CITICPE) was expanding rapidly and Inkmason International was appointed to be their interior design partner, for our thorough understanding and expertise of multinational corporate workplace design.
The new office of CITIC Private Equity is located in the heart of Beijing financial district, with 1,200 sqm. For Inkmason International, the design must speak of the tradition and culture of how business is done in China, yet expressing an international vision to welcome foreign client. The new office uses warm color marble and timber as the main design elements to create a humble and trustful welcoming environment, emphasizing the company’s professional image, it’s core value and vision.
The new office utilizes warm colored marble and timber as the main design elements, creating an inviting and The office, with its windows exposing to a 270 degree southern view of central Beijing city, has 74 open workstations, 12 private executive offices, 7 large and small conference rooms and other auxiliary area including printing areas, pantries and break-out areas. Most of the conference rooms are located near the entrance on the central area of the floor plate, while the pantry and break out areas are located on the eastern and western corner of the floor plate so all staffs can share the best views. In between are all the enclosed offices and open workstations. Sufficient storages spaces are located along the corridor against the wall for efficient space planning and ease of access. Open workstations are separated by 1200mm height partition to give sufficient openness to the space, yet respecting local culture and privacy.
