Such policy has led to a booming in the construction and service industries, and essentially attracting more eyes on the capital investment from the private sector to invest on this rapidly growing trend. In the second and third tier cities especially, the increase in demand for connecting to the country’s vast network, to increase the capacity of both cargo and passenger logistics, and to enhance transportation efficiency is dramatic.

This project is a headquarter office designed for an asset management company focuses on the development of airports and the supporting functions and industries. Because of its business nature, the company staffs consist of a variety of topnotch professionals and experts like transportation engineers, urban planner, architect, asset management expert and business consultant. Their daily tasks would involve meeting with government officials and private investors. Hence, the design must meet the high standard and expectation.
这个项目是为一家资产管理公司设计的总部办公室，该公司专注于机场的开发和配套功能产业。由于公司的业务性质，公司员工由交通工程师、城市规划师、建筑师、资产管理专家、商务顾问等各类一流专业人士和权威专家组成。他们的日常工作包括会见政府官员和私人投资者。因此，对于新总部的办公室设计要求也是非常高的。
The design of the reception space is dynamic and fluid based on an irregular plan, a result driven by the efficient planning of the adjacent functions, as well as to create a dynamic visual effects when one enters from the front door, the logo wall would seem to be a rippling flag waving in the wind, symbolizing the company’s leading position.
由于相邻空间的布局，使得前厅接待区呈现出一个非常规却又很“惊喜”的平面方案，一个动态、流动的空间展示。踏入前厅接待区，Logo墙犹如一面随风飘扬的旗帜，象征了行业内的领先地位。
Synchronizing with the flag-like logo wall, the ceiling above composed of a few curvilinear light trough extending from one end of the reception all the way into the back office space above the book shlves next to the workstations. The form of the reception desk mimics the cross section of an aeroplane slicing through the air current taming the wild natural force into a uplifting energy.
与Logo墙寓意一样的是前厅天花板的曲线光源，从前厅接待区一直延伸到开放办公区和另一侧的书架。而接待台的设计则是模仿了飞机的横截面，将狂野的自然力量驯服成一种令人振奋的能量。
In china, fengshui consideration is important for the interior design of investment companies. In this case, the designer has utilised a wavy curvilinear form of the reception ceiling to draw and converge the energy from outside the busy intersection of East Third Ring Road and JianGao Road into a positive “chi”.

The two meeting rooms is strategically located next to the reception lobby and pantry, bridging the internal and external zones. The big and small pair is separated by a operable partition and can be joined into a bigger conference room, maximising the flexibility of front of house area which is very important for the client.
两间会议室的位置刚好位于前厅接待区和储藏室旁，是链接内部和外部的重要位置。一大一小两间会议室被可移动的玻璃隔断所分开，实际应用中撤除中间的隔断即可变成一个更大的会议室或是与前厅接待区直接链接起来，多种使用方最大限度的提高了空间的使用率。
The openness of the internal office is rarely seen in the Guomao district, for it is one of the highest rental district in china. The efficiency is being achieved through thorough understanding of the client’s functional need and the limitation and possibility of the base-building, as well as the natural daylighting condition given.

Corridor runs on both sides of the workplace from end to end, ensuring ease of circulation, and joining the workplace with the activity hub around the pantry area, and the quiet study. Along the windows, the corridor and the coves in between columns form a series of pleasant break out spaces, accessible by all staffs.
通道位于办公区两侧，并将活动中心、茶水间和阅览室贯穿始终，增加了整个动线的流畅性。沿着窗户，走廊和柱子间的凹区被设计成一片轻松闲适的休息空间，供所有人使用。
To showcase the business nature of the client, and it’s energetic dynamic of the company culture, the designer has tailor made a feature ceiling above the open workplace inspired by aircraft wings. With the perforated surface, the sound absorbent aluminium ceiling panel reflects the indirect light from the energy saving LED light tube. The result is a dramatic and unique workplace maximising human comfort.
为了展示客户的商业本质企业文化，设计师在开放办公区上方定制了一个受飞机机翼启发的特制天花板。在穿孔的表面，吸音铝天花板反射来自节能LED灯管的间接光线。从而创造出一个独一无二的办公空间，从采光角度上又最大限度的提高了办公空间的舒适度。
At the far west end of the office behind the concealed timber door, the Study room is tucked inside away from all actions. Decorated with traditional Zhennan timber furniture fusion with modern contemporary pieces, Staffs can enjoy this room as a break out as well as a cozy meeting room for VIP guests.
在办公室的最西端，书房就隐藏在一扇木门后，远离一切纷扰。书房内将传统的楠木家具与现代家具相融合，享受这一个闲适的空间，也可以享受VIP客人舒适的会议室。
