Nestle Retail Collaboration Centre


The design and build project of the Nestle Retail Collaboration Centre (NRCC) has been extremely challenging, for it includes scaled mock-up of a convenient Store, a small Shop and a hyper Market, as well as a 3D Projection Room and a 20 seats Multi-media Conference Room, all in the space of a 300 sqm unit adjacent to the corporate’s Greater China Headquarter in Beijing, China.

 

Inkmason’s design team has been working with Nestlé for many years. That gives us advantage on understanding the core value of the corporate. In NRCC, the successful factors are to showcase Nestlé core value, and equally important, to demonstrate the innovative and forward thinking of the company in it’s globally biggest market.

 

NRCC describes itself as a collaboration facility to serve different Nestle Business Units. One of the key elements of their corporate strategy is to strengthen their Retail Collaboration among the business units.

 

Inkmason International took inspiration from Nestle products. By expressingthe fluidity of liquid drinks such as water, milk and coffee, the interior transfers itself into a compact and flexible collaborative environment that caters all the mentioned functions within a limited space. At the entrance, the logo and graphics wall, also designed by Inkmason, capture the visitor’s attention with a welcoming wow factor, guiding the visitors into different functional spaces with the curvilinear wall motif extended from the lobby.

 

The project is proven to be very successful. Since it’s opening, the visiting schedule has always been fully booked almost everyday by Nestlé’s partners and guests.
